No matter how hard I try, there're always something out of control, which is the meaning of life, full of surprises, and life is going on. Enjoy the uncertainties of life.

I watched a talk show about people's work last night, whose topic was whether the intern was the one who did odd jobs.

Actually, it depends on your boss. My first line manager who talked to me at the first interview, and said the intern he wanted was not such a person who did odd jobs, or rather got involved in the operation of the department and helped in the core part.

I think I'm quite lucky that I did very little odd jobs such as copying a pile of documents, cleaning the tables and so on, except for making 2 cupchinos every day for an expat in our department for almost 1 month, because the ex-reception who did this for him had resigned. After my manager got to know that, he said this was not  my responsibility, but I could teach him then he could make coffee on his own. That was very kind and considerate of my boss.

In private, he is my friend and we talked a lot about my career plan, my interests, my future. Furthermore, he encouraged me to study aboard and promised he could offer help when I would apply for the universities or have a interview.

Before I left the company, he wished me a bright future.

No matter where I am, I will always remember I had such a nice and impressive boss.

 

 

I have been in Shanghai for about 2 weeks. All is going on well with me. During this time, I was busy with my GMAT, and I will be busy with it for next two months.

Concerning my new job, I'm ok with it though I don't have a lot to do because I'm new here. I believe that I will get busier and busier when I get deeply involved in the job.

In addition, I do want to raise a kitty or a puppy. I've seen a kitty outside my neighborhood twice, which is very cute. I asked my mother whether I could raise or not but I was rejected. If I did take the kitty home, I could have already been thrown out of my home. Whatever, I could feed it when I see it next time.

Furthermore, if any friend has a cat or a dog which will give birth to the babies, please contact me. I hope I can take one home and take good care of the pet. If so, I will appreciate it.

 

PS: I prefer Miniature Schnauzer or Chihuahua these kinds of mini puppies.

昨晚11点，我正吃着西瓜看着电影，宿舍电话响了。

对话如下：

“喂，您好！请问您找谁？”

“陶雅劼在么？”一个中年妇女的声音，不是我妈，开的还是国语。

“我就是，请问您是？”

“猜猜我是谁。”

“我猜不出来。”

“我是你婆阿妈（沪语，普通话意思为“婆婆”）！”

“哦，”其实我这时候已经知道是谁了，（敢自称是我婆婆的人，天下没几个）不过接下来我就发挥了自己语不惊人死不休的本领，“我有很多个婆阿妈，不知道你是哪个！？”

接下来就是对方爽朗的笑声，呵呵，我的目的达到了。

我妈妈的同事和我妈联合起来给我打骚扰电话，还挺搞笑的。

电话打了半个小时，打完我就想家了……

倒计时，还有一个月。

很久没有写了。我连睡觉的时间都不够，哪顾得上写SPACE啊。事情终于告一段落。5.1即将到来，请几天假，我也要出去玩。

其实写这篇日志的目的是为了爆某人的料，昨晚某人说了点话，刺激到了我，我说今天一定要写点什么揭露某人的丑恶嘴脸。

后来想想，算了，救人一命胜造七级浮屠。

某人感激我吧。

昨天看到小美同学聊自己实习的。我也说说我自己的。

昨天我戴了一条仿珍珠项链去上班，中午HR director看到我，说了一句：“远看还以为是佛珠……”

我打算2月30日去遁入空门！

前几天看了篇在中国呆久了，老外会有什么变化的文章，有感而发，得此文。集体力量大，欢迎大家来作补充。

1. 越来越喜欢男人抹古龙水。有兴致时，自己也抹点香水。

2. 出门容易忘记带纸巾。

3. 看见同性走在一起且举止亲密，特别是男性，就觉得人家断臂。

4. 习惯看别人左手无名指是否戴戒指来判断那人是否结婚。

5. “谢谢”挂在嘴上，被人踩到脚都会说谢谢。

6. 看见女性抽烟一点都不惊讶，也不鄙视，觉得理所当然。

7. 坦然地面对穿奇装异服或袒胸露乳的人。

8. 看年轻人喝酒前会想那人是否满21岁，克制自己看别人ID的冲动。

9. 提醒自己不能喝自来水龙头里出来的生水。

10. 用明火烧菜特别简单而且好吃。

11. 突然发现北京、上海真有好多老外。
